Do you accept insurance?
We want to clarify that we are currently not contracted with any insurance companies. However, we gladly provide detailed and correctly coded receipts for you to seek direct reimbursement from your insurance company for any available out-of-network benefits. Please note that we are unable to verify out-of-network benefits.
Can you fill a prescription from a previous doctor?
Rest assured, we can fulfill any valid, non-expired prescription for both glasses and contact lenses. Your eye care needs are our priority, and we are here to assist you in obtaining the eyewear that meets your vision requirements.
Since this practice is under new ownership, do you have the records from the previous owners?
We have diligently preserved all records from the previous owners, ensuring a smooth transition of your eye care history. Your information is securely stored, allowing us to provide comprehensive and continuous care without any disruptions.
